Sports Floor Technician (Full Time)

This role involves sports floor installation, sanding and refinishing, coating, and painting. You will travel through the Midwest states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska. This position has the potential to progress to a Lead Installer title for the right candidate. While a background in wood flooring or carpentry is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. Apply Below!

Salary: $25+/hour (dependent on experience)

Location: Shop based in Princeton, MN. Travel throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities

Wood sports floor installation, sanding and refinishing, coating, and painting.
Travel to job sites through the Midwest states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
Follow safety procedures.
Maintain company reputation (quality work and customer service).

Qualifications

Strong ability to work as part of a team.
Respectful engagement with customers.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use heavy flooring equipment.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Must pass background check for school clearance.
Background in wood flooring or carpentry preferred.
