This role will include one or more of the following: Floor installation, sanding and refinishing, coating and painting. This role involves traveling. You must possess a strong ability to work as part of a team and have reliable transportation. Applicants must reside in or near Princeton, MN or Cedar Rapids, IA.

Salary: $20/hour (or more, depending on experience)

Location: You must reside or near Princeton, MN or Cedar Rapids, IA

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will include one or more of the following: Sports floor installation, sanding and refinishing, coating and painting.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Nebraska).
• Strong ability to work as part of a team is a must.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintain company equipment.
• Respectful engagement with customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required; We offer expert training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use heavy flooring equipment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must pass background check for school clearance.
